We’re excited to introduce TeamsChat, a powerful new messaging feature built into the TEAMS platform to enhance collaboration.

TEAMSChat simplifies internal communication, making it faster and more intuitive, just like your favourite messaging apps. Users can start conversations quickly with colleagues. Create group channels for team discussions, ideal for coordinating projects or departments.

Add personality with emojis to make conversations more engaging. Easily reply to messages to maintain context or forward them when needed. Channel creators can manage participants, keeping chats focused and relevant. TEAMSChat works across all screens, so you’re always connected and responsive.

We’ve introduced Ezidebit Integration, enabling fully automated invoice payments and removing the need for manual processing.

Once a payment schedule is set, Ezidebit automatically collects payments on the due date, reducing admin time and errors. Users can select either “Enrolment Level Schedule” for a single instalment or “Custom Invoice Level Schedule” for flexible frequency.

Students receive an email to complete the Ezidebit setup by entering card or bank details. Once submitted, invoices show “Ezidebit Payment Initiated” with full schedule details on hover. Schedule can only be applyed to future-date invoices and valid for 12 months. The Direct Debits run three times daily (12:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 3:00 PM AEST), with settlement at 8:30 AM AEST. Receipts are auto-generated, marked “Paid,” and cannot be modified.

Important: You must have an active, configured Ezidebit account to use this feature.

We’ve added a new “Auto Calculated Pre-deduct Commission” checkbox on the Receipt screen to simplify agent commission handling.

When users enter an amount in the Amount Received field and press Enter, the system automatically calculates the commission and allocates the payment across relevant invoices. If a commission is calculated and the checkbox isn’t ticked, a warning will appear before saving.

This update simplifies receipt entry and ensures accurate commission processing.

We’ve enhanced the Enrolment Dashboard to provide a clearer view of student financials in the Student Financials section.

Users can now see a detailed breakdown of fee codes and their amounts, exactly as entered during invoice creation. This makes it easy to identify how total fees are distributed across categories like tuition, materials, enrolment, and more.

This update improves financial visibility and helps admin staff manage and report on fees more effectively.

We’ve updated the Student Dashboard to display study weeks (S), academic holidays (B), and student holidays (H) directly in the Status column under the Details tile.

Tooltips now appear when hovering over each letter, giving a quick explanation of Study weeks (S), Student holidays (H), and Breaks (B). This makes it easier for staff to view a student’s academic schedule at a glance.

This enhancement improves access to key enrolment information and simplifies staff workflows.
