Welcome to the latest update for TEAMS
We’re happy to announce that we have released the new update on the TEAMS site. Some key changes made in this update are:
- New Checkboxes on the trainer entry screen in TEAMS.
- Introduced Unit of Study functionality in TEAMS.
- A new Commonwealth Assistance Notice report.
- New ZIP folder functionality to download the bulk generated certificates
- A New Profile section and change password functionality added within the student portal.
New Checkboxes on the trainer entry screen
We have introduced 2 new checkboxes on the trainer screen: ‘Allow Mark Result‘ and ‘Allow Mark Attendance.’
By turning on the ‘Allow Mark Result‘ checkbox, the system gives access to the trainer to mark results for the associated enrolments.
The ‘Allow Mark Attendance‘ checkbox will allow the trainer to mark the attendance of linked enrolments.
These checkboxes enable the trainer to manage results and attendance, individually and in bulk, for enrolments associated with the logged-in trainer.

Introduced Unit of Study functionality in TEAMS.
We have introduced Unit of Studies in TEAMS.
A new screen of, ‘UoS Fee Help setting‘ is available at the enrolment level, from where the user can update the Fee Help setting of a particular enrolment.
A new screen, ‘UoS Fee Help Loan’ is also available at the enrolment level, from where the user can update the Fee Help Loan details and within the same screen, the user can print the Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) report.

A new Commonwealth Assistance Notice report
We have introduced a new Commonwealth Assistance Notice report on the fee help loan screen.
This report will print all the fee help loan details for a particular enrolment.

New ZIP folder functionality to download the bulk generated certificates
A new ZIP folder functionality while generating bulk certificates from Continuing and Finishers tiles.
The ZIP icon will appear on the report dashboard and recent reports, when generating the certificates in bulk. This helps the user to download a ZIP folder that contains all the generated certificates.

New Profile section and change password functionality
We have introduced two screens under the Profile icon of the student portal: ‘My Profile‘ and ‘Change password.’
On the ‘My Profile‘ screen, a student can only view their personal information such as contact details and addresses, updated by their institute.
With the ‘Change Password‘ function, a student can change the password by themselves. Also, we have set up password criteria for strong passwords.
