Admin > Automated Actions
The Automated Action Screen allows users to view, edit, and delete automated actions. This screen enables the configuration of automated notifications and actions based on predefined rules. It is designed to streamline communication by automatically sending alerts via email, SMS, or notifications for specific events, such as overdue fees or compliance-related actions.
To include inactive actions in the grid, simply check the Include Inactive Actions checkbox. Additionally, you can add a new automated action by clicking the + Automated Action button.
