Overview
The Cancelled Tab brings together all cancelled enrolments in one place, making it quick and easy to review them.
Key Features
- Enrolment Details – It shows the enrolment code and the course name, so you can quickly identify which course was cancelled.
- Enrolment Dates – The original start and end dates of the enrolment.
- Status – This field displays as “Cancelled,” clearly identifying the enrolment outcome. It also shows the study weeks, holiday weeks, break periods, and the total duration.
- Agent – If the enrolment was created through an agent, their name will be shown here.
- Modules (Completed / Total) – It gives you an instant snapshot of how many modules were completed before the enrolment was cancelled.
- Timetable, Progress, and Attendance – helping you track the academic activity up until the point of cancellation.
- Financial Information – includes the amounts invoiced, paid, balance remaining, commission due, and any overdue fees.

This tab is especially useful for administration and finance teams, as it consolidates both academic and financial details of cancelled enrolments in one easy-to-access location. Instead of looking through individual student profiles, you can simply use the Cancelled Tab to monitor, review, and report on all cancelled enrolments at once.
A burger menu is available on this tile, allowing you to perform key actions quickly:
- Send SMS or Email
- Create a Contact Log
- Print Offer Letter
- Edit Enrolment/s Dates
- Certificates
- Student Statement of Account
To use these options, tick the box next to the enrolment you want to update, click the burger menu (top-right of the tab), and choose the desired action.
