Overview
The Current and Upcoming tab in the Student Dashboard displays all active and future enrolments for a student, along with their key details such as Start Date, End Date, and Status (e.g., Not Yet Started, In Progress, Finished).
Key Features
- Enrolment Details – View enrolment start and finish dates, enrolment status, and progress.
- Module Progress – The details table shows Modules (Completed / Total), along with a progress bar on the right side to easily track a student’s progress.
- Financial Overview – Invoiced amounts, paid amounts, balance, and commission are displayed directly in the tab.
- Total Duration – It displays the Total Duration of an enrolment, which includes Study Weeks, Academic Holiday Weeks, and Student Holiday Weeks. This provides a complete view of enrolment timelines.
A burger menu is available on this tile, allowing you to perform key actions quickly:
- Send SMS or Email
- Create a Contact Log
- Print Offer Letter
- Edit Enrolment/s Dates
- Certificates
- Student Statement of Account
To use these options, tick the box next to the enrolment you want to update, click the burger menu (top-right of the tab), and choose the desired action.
