Overview
The Historical tab on the Student Dashboard displays all past enrolments for a student where the end date is earlier than today’s date. Each enrolment is shown with key details such as start and end dates, enrolment status, progress, financial information, and duration.
Key Features
- Enrolment Details – Start and end dates, enrolment status, duration, agents, and timetables are displayed for each record.
- Module Progress – The details table shows Modules (Completed / Total), along with a progress bar on the right side to easily track a student’s progress.
- Financial Overview – Invoiced amounts, paid amounts, balance, and commission are displayed directly in the tab.
- Total Duration – It displays the Total Duration of an enrolment, which includes Study Weeks, Academic Holiday Weeks, and Student Holiday Weeks. This provides a complete view of enrolment timelines.

The burger menu in the Historical tab allows you to perform quick actions on selected enrolments:
- Send SMS or Email
- Create a Contact Log
- Print Offer Letter
- Edit Enrolment/s Dates
- Certificates
- Student Statement of Account
To use these options, tick the box next to the enrolment you want to update, click the burger menu (top-right of the tab), and choose the desired action.
