Student Mobile App

Overview

The TEAMS Student Portal App provides students with secure, mobile access to their study information. Students can view enrolments, track progress, manage finances, and stay updated with communications — all in one place.

Logging In

  1. Open the Student Portal App.
  2. Enter your Login and Password.
  3. Tap Sign In.
  4. Enter the 4-digit OTP sent to your registered email.
  5. Once verified, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a snapshot of key information, including:

  • Finance summary
  • Attendance percentage
Enrolments, grouped by:Each enrolment tile displays:
In ProgressProgram code and name
UpcomingDuration
CompletedOverall progress

Tap an enrolment to view more details.

Enrolment Details

Inside each enrolment, students can navigate through four sections using the bottom menu:

Each subject shows:View detailed transactions, including:
* Subject code and name
* Type (Core/Elective)
* Assessment and results (if available)
* Invoices
* Payments
* Refunds
* Transfers

Each entry includes due dates and status.

Notifications

The Notifications section displays important updates, such as:

  • Approved profile changes
  • System alerts

Profile Management

Access your profile from the bottom menu to view:

  • Student number
  • Name and date of birth
  • Email and mobile number
  • Addresses (local, mailing, AVETMISS)

Available Actions

  • Edit Profile – Request updates to personal details
  • Change Password – Update login credentials
  • Make a Request – Submit enrolment-related requests
  • Request Status – Track submitted requests
  • Logout – Securely sign out
