We’re happy to announce that we have released the new update on the TEAMS site. Some key changes made in this update are:
- Better Trainer Management for Bulk Enrolments
- Flexible Invoices
- Flexibility of removing Subject dates from the Training plan and Result screen
- Custom Import Feature
Better Trainer Management for Bulk Enrolments
This new feature to our TEAMS simplifies Trainer allocation to Bulk Enrolments. Now, with just a single click, you can overwrite the existing trainer for multiple enrolments which eliminates the steps of individual updating of trainers one by one by going on each enrolment.
Additionally, all subjects under an enrolment will also get allocated with new trainer information, saving you valuable time and effort. This feature helps you to avoid the repetitive task of updating the trainer for each subject individually from the Training Plan and Result screen.

Flexible Invoices
With our latest update, you can now use the feature of recreating invoices based on “No of Invoices or Pattern, eliminating the need to follow the same steps again.
Gone are the days of manually creating multiple invoices for instalments. Our new feature allows users to easily split a single invoice into multiple instalments. Simply enter the number of instalments you want, and the system will automatically calculate and adjust the amounts accordingly. This not only simplifies the invoicing process but also provides greater flexibility for managing payments.
Please remember that this functionality only works if one of the fee line item Fee Type is selected as “Tuition Fee”.
The standalone non-tuition fee will not get split throughout this feature.

Flexibility of removing Subject dates from the Training plan and Result screen
This update allows the user to Remove the Subject’s Start Date and End Date from the Training Plan and Results screens.
By eliminating these date fields, we aim to simplify your workflow and reduce unnecessary complexity. This change allows you to focus on the core aspects of your training data without the distraction of managing dates.

Custom Import Feature
We are pleased to introduce a new Custom Import feature, designed to offer enhanced flexibility and control over data management within TEAMS. This feature allows users to create and upload a CSV file with custom-defined column headers. Upon uploading the CSV file on the Custom Import screen, users can seamlessly map their CSV column headers to the corresponding TEAMS fields. This functionality enables users to either add new entries or overwrite existing data in TEAMS, ensuring that data imports are tailored to their specific needs.
